What it’s like to struggle with my mind

The labyrinth of my mind all lead to dead ends

The maze seems to only grow

I can’t seem to get anywhere

And I’m tired of running through

Nothing I find

Nothing to seek

I sit there, pondering

If only a helping Hand could pull me through

If only I could be rescued

Maybe then I’d be given a clue

  1. It’s more than a cliché, our own minds really can be our worst enemies sometimes. I think what’s important is that we keep going through the labyrinth even when we’re not sure of all the steps, and rest when we need it so we can be at our best for the journey.

Come to think of it, I guess that’s what makes the journey worthwhile and interesting. 🙂
